Karate Kid Ralph Macchio Comes to Tampa Theatre

It's been over three decades since the movie The Karate Kid first debuted to rave reviews and audiences are still moved by the heart warming story of Daniel-San and Mr. Miyagi.  Directed by John Avildsen who also directed the movie Rocky,  the feel-good triumph of the underdog themed movie is listed among Entertainment Weekly’s Top 50 of the “Best High School Movies” ever made.  Child star Ralph Macchio, along with co-star Pat Morita, was lauded as one the best of the year by critics.
