"It's sometimes difficult for some people to stay motivated after spending long periods of time either working out in the confines of their home, or a gym.   Some tend to lose motivation because they get cabin fever, or they simply get bored."   It is well known that one the top reasons people abandon their workout routine is boredom.  With arrival of warmer temperatures, many fitness fans  now have the option of enjoying a fat sizzling routine  in a  group setting while enjoying mother nature.

All over the country, the outdoor group workout has been growing in popularity as a preferred method of staying  fit.   Participants enjoy the camaraderie of being around like minded individuals which serves as a great source of motivation, and experts like Mo say that when your are motivated, you are much more likely to remain committed to your program. There are various types of outdoor fitcamps based on your fitness interest.  Some are low impact, high impact, from yoga to rump shaking hip-hop based workout.  Anyone interested just has to do a little reseach to find a group near them.
